bobby go homeBy delilah Brae
Bobby had a nice flat in the good part of town
When he thought i was a boy Bobby would lick it just not in front of our friends Bobby sold me a camera when he hurt his knee & i cooked him eggs barefoot in love When we were at a party Bobby Said he was a cop so it’s okay to get high One time Bobby was so far up my ass i thought i was going to come apart at the seams Bobby lived in a bungalow in the quiet part of town Bobby had a group chat about me and would stand outside my room yelling “She thinks we care if she leaves.” Bobby lived in a walk-up close to the ATM after I got out of the psych ward he said it was all too much the last day we lived together Bobby was in a motel off the freeway & i did his laundry & matched the tidy socks & i put the socks back in the drawer cuz Bobby lived out a window of The Bond Hotel Dangled by a leg caught in all my tidy laundry. delilah Brae is an interdisciplinary artist and community worker based in Tkaronto.
